Bird’s Smokehouse specializes in the Preparation, Delivery and Service of Hickory Smoked Meats.
Offering our “SLOW” cooked Hickory Smoked Baby Back Ribs, Chicken Wings, Succulent Pulled Pork, Juicy Chicken, and Tender Beef Brisket. Our sides include BBQ Baked Beans, Southern Green Beans, Macaroni & Cheese, Corn Casserole, Southern Potato Salad, Macaroni Salad, Creamy Coleslaw, Potato Chips and Hickory Smoked Baked Potatoes. We also offer Hickory Smoked Holiday Hams and Whole Turkeys. We are willing to accommodate any size group within a 30 mile radius of Daleville, Indiana.
All catering packages include (if served by us) chafers, serving bowls and utensils. Table cloths are not provided unless requested.
